Short version: use this directory to find and list local businesses. Don't post fake listings, don't scrape it, and we can remove any listing at our discretion.

The service

$Publisher{SITE} is a business directory and local search engine. We list businesses by category and location, and businesses may submit or purchase enhanced placement within the directory.

Submitting a listing

By submitting a business listing, you confirm you are authorized to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate. We review listings before they go live, and we may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, including after it has been published.

No guarantee of ranking or results

Placement within the directory and search results is not guaranteed to produce any particular amount of traffic, calls, or business. Paid membership levels affect visibility within the directory, not outcomes.

Prohibited use

You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-copy this directory's listings, submit listings for a business you are not authorized to represent, or use the directory for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

This site and its listings are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing's information and are not responsible for a visitor's dealings with any listed business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, $Publisher{SITE} is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
